Electronic Documentation Specialist

HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently recruiting highly motivated Electronic Documentation Specialist to join our office in Lisbon, Portugal.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program operational documentation in XML and control the revision cycle;
• Manage operational information and support for Electronic Flight Bag (EFB);
• Monitor action plans and follow up on EFB upgrades.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Great knowledge of data organization and information systems;
• Excellent organizational and management skills;
• Motivation for teamwork in a dynamic environment.
