HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently recruiting highly motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our IT Department in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is critical in ensuring our internal teams can operate smoothly by resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Assist end-users by resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems;
  • Resolve common issues such as connectivity problems or login issues;
  • Record, track, and manage incidents reported by users;
  • Configure new hardware such as computers and peripherals;
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software and operating system updates, backups, and hardware checks;
  • Work closely with other IT teams to address complex issues and Provide feedback on recurring problems.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, with specialization in IT;
  • Strong understanding of computer systems/Microsoft Windows Operating Systems;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in English.
