In-flight Specialist

HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced In-Flight Specialist to join our team in Beja, Portugal.

The In-Flight Specialist plays a key role in ensuring seamless and efficient onboard service operations. They oversee real-time stock management, catering equipment control, and coordinate loading and unloading processes to ensure smooth in-flight service. The position is dynamic and demanding, requiring quick problem-solving to manage any unexpected issues that may arise during operations. The In-Flight Specialist is not only reactive but also proactive, ensuring supplies are well-optimized and prepared in advance, maintaining high service standards throughout each flight.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordination of day-to-day operations;

• Stock management;

• Storage and control of catering equipment;
• Guaranteeing well-maintained and optimized supplies;
• Loading and unloading operations.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

• Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);

• Dynamism, autonomy and proactivity;
• Sense of responsibility and organization;
• Resident in Beja area;
• Availability to travel within the country;

• Availability to work shifts and flexible and/or extended hours, including weekends;
• Driving license.
