Safeport, a leading handling provider in the Business Aviation segment, is recruiting a Junior Accounts Payable professional to join our Headquarters team in Lisbon.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of financial management to play a key role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers;
- Validate and record supplier invoices;
- Reconcile supplier accounts, analyze balances, and maintain regular communication with suppliers;
- Monitor supplier performance regularly;
- Provide clarification regarding supplier payments;
- Ensure adherence to monthly closing deadlines;
- Guarantee timely execution of payments.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting roles;
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
