HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months.


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Analyst to join our Commercial Department at Hi Fly. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company’s decision-making processes by providing comprehensive market analysis, competitive insights, and industry trends within the commercial aviation industry in the ACMI and Charters sectors. You will work closely with the Commercial team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, to help identify new business opportunities, optimize strategies, and improve revenue generation.


SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus;
  • Client, sales/orientation;
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable format;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data analysis and reporting;
  • IT tools knowledge;


WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth research on the ACMI and Charter aviation market, focusing on key trends, customer demands, and competitor activities;
  • Analyze market conditions, pricing strategies, fleet utilization, and regulatory impacts to offer actionable insights;
  • Competitive Intelligence:
  • Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies, fleet changes, new contracts, and customer offerings, to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Provide actionable intelligence on market penetration, new entrants, and emerging opportunities;
  • Revenue Optimization:
  • Develop and present insights to support pricing and revenue management strategies;
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current and potential partnerships;
  • Data Reporting and Presentation:
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize market data using advanced tools;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on market developments, competitive analysis, and business performance to senior leadership;
  • Provide recommendations for market expansion, operational improvements, and strategic partnerships based on data-driven insights;
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely within Commercial with , Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated market intelligence;
  • Following up on external partners, clients, and industry associations to gather relevant data and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market conditions;
  • Forecasting and Trend Analysis:
  • Produce forecasts and long-term market outlooks based on historical data, industry trends, and evolving market dynamics;
  • Stay informed about changes in international aviation regulations, geopolitical events, and technological advancements impacting the ACMI sector;
