HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months while continues enhancing its Cabin standards.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently recruiting highly motivated Power Plant and Landing Gear Engineer to join our office in Lisbon,

 


WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure compliance with the airworthiness requirements of the Hi Fly fleet's engines, landing gear and APU's;
  • Monitor the performance and condition of Hi Fly fleet engines;
  • In coordination with the Planning, and other departments of Hi Fly, assist programmed and unscheduled exchanges of engines, landing gears and APU's of the Hi Fly fleet;
  • Assist contracted maintenance companies in the proposed troubleshooting actions;
  • Contact associated manufacturers in order to resolve and clarify technical questions;
  • Evaluate and negotiate interventions in the Hi Fly fleet's engine, landing gear and APU's workshop;
  • In coordination with the Department's Management, monitor in person line and Base maintenance events;
  • Review/assess data related with concerned assets, during phase-in/out processes.

 


SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical or similar;
  • Professional experience in EASA Part M/CAMO Subpart G Organizations;
  • Knowledge of aeronautical legislation, in particular EASA Part M/CAMO, Part 145 and Part 66;
  • Proven experience in similar functions, namely in the evaluation and monitoring of data associated with engines and / or landing gear: AD’s, LLP's, Troubleshooting actions, ECTM, Shop Visits, among others;
  • Familiarization with manuals and technical documentation;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Easiness of team integration;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Availability to travel.
