Considering the forecasted growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Development Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.
Central to the operational efficiency of our organization is the Talent Acquisition & HR Development Specialist position, a vital role dedicated to orchestrating seamless talent acquisition and development processes. This position plays a pivotal role in identifying skilled individuals through strategic initiatives. We are in search of a proactive and dynamic individual capable of navigating the complexities of talent acquisition and development within an evolving environment.
The reporting line for this position extends to the Talent Acquisition & HR Development Manager.
What will be your main responsibilities:
Collaborate with other team members in the whole cycle of employee’s processes, from Attraction, Recruitment and Selection, to Talent Retention and Development;
Implement sourcing strategies, conduct assessments and interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offers;
Collaborate in the onboarding programs, coordinate orientation sessions, and enhance processes through continuous improvement initiatives;
Identify development needs to design and deliver training programs, and collaborate on career plans with department managers;
Utilize HR analytics for tracking and reporting on recruitment and development metrics, offering insights to enhance talent acquisition and development strategies;
Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive issue resolution, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting open communication channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, continually assess and enhance recruitment and development processes;
Assisting in several activities related to the Talent Development area.
Some of our requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas;
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably);
Working experience in a similar role with other airlines (preferably);
Team spirit and critical thinking;
Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory;
Good knowledge of IT platforms;
Have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership;
Multicultural awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a clear communication style;
Frequent in-country trips.
