Skytech is an aircraft maintenance provider based in Lisbon, Portugal, with several outstations around the world.
Considering the forecasted growth, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Training Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Elaborate the Training Plan in accordance with the needs and budgets.
· Select the training entities, syllabus and training manuals.
· Structure the training to anticipate possible incidents/anomalies resulting from human factors.
· Use the continuous training as a feedback tool to know the suitability of the organization work procedures.
· Update the individual processes in what concerns to training processes/courses.
· Keep all the information related to each training course, such as certificates, evaluation forms, presence lists, syllabus.
· Coordinate the registration of the training information with the Talent Management Department.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
· University degree in relevant field.
· Knowledge of the legislation applicable to the aeronautical sector, in particular to EASA Part 145 (preferably).
· Familiarization with manuals and technical documentation.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
